Quick call with a recruiter, than a written test where I had to prioritise tasks and answer some mock emails. Final interview with hiring manager and it became very quickly apparent to me that there was no interest in hiring me and I was left wondering why I was even invited in for an interview. Competency questions mostly in the interview, like when did you go the extra mile for a customer and what would you describe as a weakness.

Interviewed via Microsoft teams. Interview process went really well. Guy was nice and friendly. Shame I didn’t get any feedback. No further contact received from company. Was left waiting and wondering. Always see them advertising for advisors but think standards must be very high.
