I was invited to the Berkeley office for a first round interview where I met the People and Marketing BD Manager. During my interview, I was asked several interview questions including a few competency based questions and many questions about my experience. Luckily, I was invited back for a second interview. In this round, I was asked to complete two tests (proofreading a pitch document and reviewing a few pages on the website). Once I had finished both tests, I then had a further interview with one of the Partners and the Marketing BD manager. Throughout both interviews, Berkeley made me feel very comfortable when speaking to them, they were very helpful when answering my questions and were great people to speak too.
