The first interview is a group interview. The Owner or the VP attempts to "sell" you on how great a job they offer. If you want to take the next step you interview with a branch manager who makes you perform both a memorization test as well as an IQ test. After that you will ride with a rep on an appointment and sit in a customers home watching the "dog and pony show" for 3-4 hours. After that you will be expected to go to dinner with the rep and have the rep evaluate you. If after all that you still want to work there you call the owner or the VP the next day to set up the 3rd and last interview.
