I recently interviewed with Thales in the Netherlands and encountered several issues during the process. After applying for a position in Huizen, I was invited to an interview in Hengelo, 130 km away. The HR representative was unable to clarify the reason for the location change or confirm the job location. During the interview, the direct manager was absent "for personal reasons," and despite offering to be available for a call, I received no follow-up. After 7 weeks and multiple reminders, I finally received a response stating that my application was rejected. Having participated in many interviews throughout my career, but till Thales, no other company thought their time is more important than my time and ghosted after inviting me for an interview. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Thales to others.
