Two weeks after I sent in my resume we spoke on the phone to schedule and interview. At the interview I was asked about my work ethics and what I was looking for in this job opportunity. The interview was very relaxed and I felt we covered all relevant topics. I especially liked that I was asked about my expectations on the position. I felt like the interview was not all about what was best for the company but also what was best for me.
