Phone screening took about ten minutes. They ran through basic personality questions to get to know a little bit of my background. Interview was short. And seemed very positive. I just didn’t make it past the phone interview to get the in person interview. They went in a different direction.

I applied online and was only ever contacted by email for interview and request for more information. I was contacted by email by a recruiter and supervisor. The recruiter wanted me to answer specific questions about availability and goals. I responded right away and was told the recruiter could not open the attachment. This proceeded for approximately one week, and I was then contacted by the supervisor, requesting an interview.
