Overall good, unique interview process. It was longer than I would have liked but every firm is different. Met with members of the L&C team as well as the investment professionals and traders. The process had a good mixture of technical questions, information about how the firm trades, and assessing your personality. Really nice people and seemed like an overall good firm; with employees staying for a long time. Received an initial informal offer but didn’t work out in the end.
