Entrevista
When I arrived there they took me upstairs to wait in the canteen.
There were 4 other people at the interview.
Waited about 10 minutes and then was took to a room.
There they made fotocopies of our documents.
They asked a cuople of question just to know something about us.
After that they asked us some questions about customer service, nothing too complicated.
We then did the tower activity(build a toweer woth paper and tape that would stand for one minute).
Wr went down to the shop to recorder shelfs for about 15 minutes.

Asked good questions and everyone was friendly
Open happy interviewer just make sure you prepare with experience listed so you are ready for the interview questions and answer them well

Post online application, I was invited to interview. It turned out to be a group interview so I was invited into a room with other applicants where we were all asked questions and had to answer one by one
