Applied online and got a call for face to face interview a week later. Interview was not stressful and it was quite easy. The manager gave me to fill out some sheets about my health conditions and my availability. At the beginning of the interview he wanted me to talk about myself (my education, my previous work experiences etc.) and my hobbies. He asked me 5 scenario based questions and asked me to give examples about them. It was not hard to find good examples for me because I have a supermarket experience. He took some notes about my answers. At the end of the interview he explained the role and working hours, pay rate etc. They called me 5 days later and offered me the job.
