Online then group interview, took around a week or two to get invited to the interview and they didn’t even bother letting me know that it was a group interview. Walked in and they were already saying how well the previous candidates were and how they are their top choice already between themselves. Made up their mind before I even started...

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
