Group interview, 6 of us. Had to go round the group and say our name and a bit about ourselves. Got asked 2 questions and had to fill out availability to work forms and health questionnaires. Then taken down into shop floor to help customers bag their shopping and notes were taken on our engagement with customers and colleagues, but very hard when none of the customers wanted help.
Then taken back upstairs, told about the pay rate and when we should expect to be contacted if we were successful. Then told we could leave.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
