The interview went very easy. They asked 4 questions and informed me that they will call me in the end of the week. I got call the day itself of the interview and I got the job.

Entrevista
I was called in for a group interview with about 10 candidates. Two interviewers asked several questions and the candidates in turn. All the questions are the most frequently asked questions for customer service jobs. Then we are divided to two groups to build a standing paper pole and flag, using only paper and tapes.

Informal friendly process. Was put at ease and really enjoyed the process.
Questions were about my own experience both personal and professional which I was able to draw on. Interviewer appeared very interested in what I was saying.
