First I had a phone interview. They told me I did great so they would move on to a zoom interview with the man who I would work under. He asked a lot of analytical questions about my experience and what I knew. he said I did great. So I moved on to the panel interview where I did 3 interviews each 30 minutes long with people in different departments that I would work with. They all said I did so great and they have high hopes. And then I didn't hear anything for a good 2 weeks. I emailed them to get an update and they said they chose someone else. I don't know if they would have told me I wasn't selected if I didn't reach out.
