The invitation to the first interview took about 3 weeks. The first step was then an interview of about half an hour to get to know each other. The second step then was a Data Science challenge which I had 1 week to solve, with a subsequent presentation. The challenge was a lot of work such that it was bad to never hear back from the company afterwards. Even after checking back they did not reply.

The interview was more of a talk. In the challenge, I had to solve an optimization problem which was formulated very openly.
