Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Tenfold (Austin, TX) en nov 2017
Entrevista
The first interview was with the recruiter and after I received a test to implement the automation framework with JavaScript and protractor and the next stage was to talk with the developer and would be like a pair programming. First that after I sent the test I had to wait almost a week to be able to really get a call with the developer. When I booked a day, he didn't show up, on the other day he made me wait more than 2 hours, when finally I had the interview booked, the talk was really nice, but in the moment of the pair programming the other developer looked a bit lost and didn't really looked interested, so after a while, 10 minutes maximum the interview was over and the feedback that I had was we decided to continue with other candidate that went better on the coding part. I didn't have a precise feedback and to be honest if the developer on the other side don't show interested and really dig in the questions, the interview is a waste of time. Anyway, really disappointed, since I quite lost a lot of time with this process and also waste of energy chasing the developer to be able to book a interview where he could actually be present. Also, the vague feedback doesn't help and not sure what went wrong and when I asked for a more precise feedback I was ignored, really really don't recommend and think you should apply if you know somebody working here already then things will be easier.
One dev member contacted me via Linkedin with the job offer and the link for the online test. After the test no more contact or feedback. Company offerd all the support, in case I was approved, to move to US
