Initial communication was good. I had 2 short informal interviews. However, I heard nothing back after this, despite sending 2 emails to follow up. It seems I have been ghosted, which is not a great candidate experience and also has made me reconsider being a customer of theirs. It would take 2 minutes to let me know I was unsuccessful, so because I feel there has been a lack of professionalism I’ve decided to leave a negative review here.
