My name is Pradeep, I am a 45 years old man. I am from Nepal but an Australian citizen. I worked for the Government of Nepal, ministry of health and population where I gained 13 years experience in primary health care setting. I moved to Australia in 2008 and started worked with a reputed residential aged care home - RSL Lifecare. I started as an AIN but they sponsored me for the Cert IV in Trainer and assessor. I have recently completed my nursing degree ( Bachelor of Nursing) from the Charles Darwin University. At the moment I am working as a casual RN through the Nurse Aid agency.
