Well, I was homeschooled when I was younger. For highschool I had to do online school, which required me to set a schedule & manager my own time. That taught me self-responsibility & time management. I played a sport when I was 12-16 years old. That taught me hard work, & how to stick to something when it gets hard, as well as setting goals & always giving 100% & trying to improve. I had an internship where I had to take calls, & that taught me customer service. Basically: Just tell them things you've done that make you more fit for the job.
