Phone Interview. 2 interviewers - one manager, one engineer. Was told phone interview with Director of Engineering. But call was made with Director and Lead Engineer. Looks like they were looking for a senior engineer, not a manager, but that was not what was posted in the Job Listing. Even the email correspondence up to the interview mentioned role was for manager.
