I was called after a week of putting in the application, and talked with the person I'd report to. We discussed my previous work and I showed examples of my work. I felt the interview went extremely well. In the end when there was questions for them, I questioned when I would hear back, and they said a week and a half to two weeks later. I also questioned if I could email back about a follow-up, and they said it was perfectly fine as they gave me their card. I sent an initial follow-up e-mail, thanking them for the time, and consideration for the position. After two weeks of no contact, and seeing the position was still listed, I sent a follow-up email regarding the progress. Currently sitting at three weeks since the initial interview, I have not had any follow-up.
