Met through a recruiter and then applied online. Everyone was extremely nice and easy to talk to. I went through two rounds of interviews talking to four recruiters total. I had a great interview process.

It was long and lots of hard questions by multiple different people. They do send you an outline to help prepare for the interview which is nice. I practiced a lot and the first 2 interviews felt like it was for practice and those were in person. The other 2 were in zoom and those were harder.
