Overall it was an unpleasant experience. Was interviewed by a young man with heavy accent, arguably, with the lowest emotional intelligence in the history. He was rude and disrespectful; asking questions in a manner, as if he was doing me a massive favor to be even talking in the first place.

lots of rounds but not overly formal - you meet every person you'll report to
Had my 4 rounds over 1 week - but the online part made it relatively easier
got stuck in emails and never even ended up getting a real interview schedule. spoke with someone but it was about one of their old accelerators and i now have to wait a year to apply again, overqualified so was just frsutrated/confused why not at least interview? wish they explained why moving on.
