There were two screens, one technical and one behavioral. The technical interview just had me go through a few of my projects and explain them. The behavioral portion focused more on team dynamics and how I would get something done. I also submitted my Github handle so that they could see the types of projects I worked on. As a software associate, you learn to be pretty language agnostic since companies will probably want to use different frameworks.
