It was merely a behavior interview trying to understand past experience. They asked some questions about how my experience would position me for success. Had two in-person interviews and then got the offer.

Why do you want to work with early stage startups?
lots of rounds but not overly formal - you meet every person you'll report to
Had my 4 rounds over 1 week - but the online part made it relatively easier
got stuck in emails and never even ended up getting a real interview schedule. spoke with someone but it was about one of their old accelerators and i now have to wait a year to apply again, overqualified so was just frsutrated/confused why not at least interview? wish they explained why moving on.
