Interview process took several weeks. I think it consisted of 3 rounds in total. 1 - HR Round - To check for professional fit 2- Technical Round with team member of technical team. 3- C++ coding exercise ( Got rejected here) 4- Manager round. ( Did not happen for me) Good: C++ coding exercise round was quite good , learnt a lot on that front. Few pointers : a. No clear communication on working environment: When I asked about the working environment, the interviewer provided vague answers that didn't give me a clear idea of what to expect. b. No clarity on work process: During the interview, the interviewer didn't provide any detailed information on how work was carried out from concept to completion. This left me feeling confused about the project development process, and it made it difficult for me to understand what my role would be and how I could contribute to the team. c. Lack of transparency: The overall lack of transparency during the interview process was disappointing. I tried to reach out to them several times over the period of weeks , complete radio silence and then suddenly out of blue email is dropped , you are rejected. Wasting almost a month in anticipation.
