Interview was with the CEO and an HR guy. The CEO asked some evasive and condescending questions. Literally told me the only reason they contacted me was because I served in the military, despite me having 2 years of IT experience and a certification. They want to poach someone who is already trained, but pay them an entry level salary. Asked vague questions, but expected specific answers. I would stay away from them. It's clear they're in a fantasy world. Rules for everyone else, but not for them. By the way, the position literally says in the job posting that 1 year of experience is preferred, but yet they want to hire someone that surpasses that.
