I was called in for an interview. While being interviewed, I was asked my availability and recited it just as it was on my resume. I was then told that I would not be a good fit due to my available hours. What a waste of time. Also noted, I asked in the interview if Teavana had a specific philosophy as far as management and operations. The reply I got was, "Yes..." Not very helpful as far as getting to know what the company's inside was all about.
