Applied online , got an email dew days later and scheduled an interview for the following week. After the interview I was showed around the offices and led to believe I was getting the job only to find out I didn't, feedback I got was rubbish also.

Applied for the role and got pre interview questions along with the recruitment process overview which was great because you knew what would happen. The preinterview questions were great and something that I hadn't had before, really helped knowing you were going into the interview to speak about the role and yourself rather than the standard "CV discussion"

How difficult will it be coming from a Corporate background?

It's great to get your perspective on what was useful pre-interview.
As you noted, we definitely stay away from the standard traditional CV discussion.
Our focus is on what you bring to the role and the company and what challenges might come up when transitioning to our unique environment. :-)
