Very thorough interview process. Included standard application and phone screen. Then applicant testing for personality and capacity. There were several levels of interviews, and a skills demonstration to show capacity for the work.

Multiphase Interview process: a) Interview HR b) Interview boss c) Interview VP d) Interview HR Director e) Interview CEO Thorough interview process spanning hierarchy of the org. Good sample of the core leadership team and workplace culture. Very thorough vetting but completely worth it. The CEO even allows you to ask questions of him, which he answers very honestly. Good, transparent process all-around.
