Very rigorous process. I went through 4 rigorous interviews, some one-on-one, others in groups and it was an exciting journey albeit long, but very thorough with very smart multi-cultural groups

my leadership style, many scenario questions mainly, how to work manage in an organization that thinks out of the box, how to work with governments in Africa, how to ensure demand creation while still working on the supply side
