• Compiled a verified database of 224 boiler & pressure vessel manufacturers across key Indian states - sourced from government directories, Dun & Bradstreet and IndiaMART - supporting customer mapping and market entry strategy.
• Conducted primary research through interviews with 48 manufacturers; to understand industry dynamics, purchasing behaviour and customer requirements. Identified that 44% already operate within Tata Steel’s current production limits (≤2050mm width, ≤25mm thickness), establishing immediate BQ market entry without new capital investment - while the remaining 56% defined a clear Phase 2 expansion roadmap.
