On-campus interview. The recruiters were on campus and gave the job offers by the end of the day The interview process consisted of Aptitude tests, Group discussion and personal 1: 1 Interview. A standard set of aptitude questions and routine interview process. Some applicants had stress/panel inetrviews. Summer inetrnship in the copany during sophomore year helped a lot in getting the job.
