It takes 2-3 hours for all the rounds. Then after 3-5 days they called and discussed the offer detail. Once accepted then ypu need to go for documentation. Huge documentation required. Three copies for every document. It takes another day. Then on joining date is induction which takes another 2 days

Very Detailed for fresher, had multiple rounds including aptitude test, will be conducted in phases. First test and if selected in that, there will be 3 more rounds if you get through 3rd round, selection is done and final HR discussion
