It was a series of phone interviews. The first one was performed by a manager (basic Unix questions). Second, by his friend, a Perl guru. I was really lucky that my Perl knowledge was fresh at the time and answered all his questions. The third was an HR interview (the HR guy kept talking about the amazing benefits package and at the end asked only one question, will I be happy with the salary they offer?). The final phone interview was a client manager interview. He only asked one question and then said one word "Congratulations!". There was no in person interview and I went on the company site to meet the office manager and the HR admin before making a decision.
