It started with me emailing them to apply for the part-time job. The HR emailed me back within a day to appoint the interview date. I went to an interview in the next week. There're two interviews that day, technical and cultural. In the technical interview, I got interviewed by four engineers, one of them is a team-lead. They asked several questions about the work I did, and some questions about my interest in software development. After that, I went to the cultural interview. There're three interviewers, one designer, one HR, and one customer support. They asked me about how I work, how I handle a mistake caused by me or my teammate. Several soft skill/personality questions. After that interview, I went back home. The HR contacted me within a week that I got the offer.
