The hiring process was straightforward and conducted in person. Since this was before COVID, there were no virtual interviews or additional screening procedures. I had a brief conversation with the hiring manager, and after discussing my qualifications and availability, I was offered the job on the spot.
The manager who interviewed me was very respectful and kept the whole thing brief. Overall, I felt it was a low-pressure environment and easy. The questions were typical for this position and nothing was extremely challenging.

1st, they asked weird questions and it threw me off, but come prepared be ready to go under a sort of difficult interview. 2nd it was good because it seemed professional.
