Was interviewed by the overnight manager, who asked if I could instead do hardlines because of my likable personality. Then they had me take a competency skills test which included making change and what would you do in such and such scenario. Then another interview with the hardlines manager who asked the same questions. Then the next day I got a call from the store manager who asked just one question and hired me.

Pretty easy. It was for a season position for the fall months (October, November, December) so they needed people. Ended up becoming a part time position and I worked there for about six years.

Easy did first step now doing 2nd interview tomorrow the interviewer was straight forward with her questions and got to the point with the job description i hope i do get the job after the 2nd one on one with management the whole team was very nice and chill everyone working there seemed to enjoy working at target

Sat down and had a quick conversation with the person interviewing me. We went through the usual question/answer process, got a quick overview of the position that I was applying for, then shook my hand and showed me to the door.
