After a short phone call, I was brought into the store where I was given a brief 10 minute interview discussing my background, then told I had made it to a second round of interviews 20 minutes later. The second interview followed the standard behavioral STAR format.

I met with two different team leaders who asked me some basic and situational questions. They were very adamant about making sure I was okay with coming in early (anywhere from 6-8 AM) and that I wouldn't be calling in sick a lot.
