Entrevista
Pretty comfortable interview process. I interviewed with the lead in charge of managing the back room team, followed by an interview with a store manager in charge of managing the whole Target store. Straightforward question and answer scenario, but it helped that the back room team lead was about my age and we were able to keep conversation casual.

Pregunta 1
Back Room Team Lead: more general questions like why do I want to work at Target, what my availability is, am I team player, etc.
Store Manager: more hypothetical questions like: (1) if a pair of shoes are scanned incorrectly, what do I do as the cashier, (2) what is my thought process when dealing with an angry guest (at Target make sure to refer to customers as "guests"!), etc.
Easy direction and nice to speak with. Met in the lunch room tho so it could’ve been more professional. Still has a pleasant experience and made it easy to accept the position

I met with two different team leaders who asked me some basic and situational questions. They were very adamant about making sure I was okay with coming in early (anywhere from 6-8 AM) and that I wouldn't be calling in sick a lot.
