I submitted an online application which was lengthy. In less than a week I received a call to set up an interview. I then attended a job fair at a nearby hotel. The Interview was in two stages. My first was with a team leader who asked basic questions about what your availability and previous work experience followed with some basic situation questions. I then had my second interview with an Executive team leader with extensive situational questions. Many based on safety, integrity and guest relations. I did well on this part and was made an offer from someone from HR. After accepting my offer, I was drug tested on site and was told my job offer was based on the results of the test.
