Pretty simple process. Went in and interviewed with the Team Lead, most questions were behavioral in nature. Ended up just chatting for a bit and I was offered the job on the spot, then was sent to talk to the Supervising Lead who verified a couple aspects of my application.

I was asked why do I seek employment with Target. I was asked what retail experience do I possess? Since deliveries at the Dublin East come in on M-W-F&Sat, I was asked if I would be available on those days and would be able to start at 4am. And lastly, I was asked if I worked with a sense of urgency?

It was easy. Pretty straightforward. For a team member, I would not expect more which is actually a really good thing. The manager was nice as well and made the process easy.

Phone interview, and orientation right after. Not much else at the time. Scheduled for orientation with a few other people. After orientation, a drug screening scheduled, and was called back about a week or so afterwards to start work.
