The interview was very short and simple. The manager asked situational questions about my previous experience. They wanted someone friendly, proactive and flexible. Just be yourself and sell your best qualities of your job performance.

Name a time you had to deal with an irate customer. How did you handle it?
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
