I was called a week after applying for the job. The interview was full of situational questions and a few basic questions. However on the phone hr told me they wanted me for specific hours that I was told I couldnt work bc of my age.

Describe a time where you go above and beyond a customer's expectations
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
