After being contacted for an interview I learned what I could about the company through their website and online research and news releases. The interview turned out to be a group or panel interview which is very common these days. The room where I was interviewed was definitely too small for the number of people in the room and that was uncomfortable for me but manageable. Their products were very interesting and they showed enthusiasm. My advice would be to be prepared to handle interview questions bouncing around the room in rapid succession.
