Applied online through the UCD's Aggie Job Link. There were two on-site interviews. 1. The first interview was at the property with the management team I would be working with. The team was great and the interview was conversational. They seemed like they genuinely wanted to get to know me. Pretty standard interview questions. (This interview happened two weeks after submitting my application). 2. After the first interview I was invited to interview a second time, but this one was held at the main office with some of the company directors. The questions were mainly scenarios and how I would handle them. I was extended an offer shortly after my second interview.
