Never made it to the interview stage, but really bizarre experience that seems to echo what other candidates have stated about this company. I applied for a Human Resources role but received a rejection email almost immediately. A few minutes later, I received an invitation to a phone interview for another HR role. I accepted the invitation and scheduled a call with Tasha, the company owner. A day later, a random recruiter called and left me a rushed voicemail saying the position was filled and they were cancelling the interview. Why would you continue scheduling interviews if you were in the late stages of the hiring process? So weird and a waste of time.
