Personal interview with the supervisor, then with Human Resource Department receiving psicological and skill exams and then wait for several days for to be called, in my case I was waiting for an employee that was about to quit because she was going to live in another country, and then got a call for the job vacant and then I have to quit the actual job giving them 15 days for them to get another employee (a requirement by law)
