The hiring process was short, just two weeks. They contacted me by phone on a Friday and scheduled an in-person interview for the following Tuesday. The hiring manager didn't have time to review my resume or portfolio because he was too busy, and instead asked me a few questions and had me draw some designs on a blank sheet of paper. When I told them it would take me 30 minutes to complete a mechanical design in Solidworks, they said that was too long and that they expected it to be done in 5~7 minutes. I left feeling confused and disheartened. A week later, I received an offer, but I decided not to accept it.
