Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en TNT Express (Ámsterdam) en ago 2011

The interview process, which was led by the former group of managers and directors, was pretty straight forward and clear. Both teams, European and Brazilian, were very inquisitive but also open to answer all the questions I had. I immediately felt welcome and responsible for the results that I would have to deliver, but also knowing that I would have their support.

More than work related questions, they asked a lot about team work and how to deal with conflicts.

Very unprofessional, dishonest and rude. 2 lengthy in-person interviews. 1 interviewer actually fell asleep during the interview (!). HR didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. I don't think they ever actually wanted to hire me because they kept asking me about how to complete certain process and I noticed they were taking notes (!!!). I asked about this and they said they just wanted to make sure I knew how the process worked, except the interviewers themselves don't know how perform my work - that's why the role was open - so what difference does it make. They stuck to their lie and after the whole debacle I stopped lying to myself and admitted they used the interviews to get me to teach them how to do my job.
Not long after I went in for the second interview I got a linkedin notification about new jobs: TNT had re-posted the job I interviewed for days before they contacted me for my second interview. The cherry on the cake is that they told me they'd get back to me within a few days after the second interview but they never did. It took them at least 2 weeks to reply to my follow up messages (they wouldn't even pick up the phone) to tell me they hired someone else.
I had read the Glassdoor reviews but thought, hey, how bad could it be. Atrocious is what.
