Two stages of interviews. The first stage was an 'informal discussions' to get to know the company's expectations as well as my expectations. The second interview involved the GMs and HR manager. Again, this discuss about the expectations. And of course the HR will ask you about your salary expectation. I guess the interviews are easy, as long as you know what you want, and expect, and at the same time they want your skills.
